We host SUPPER CLUBS* once a month to share what we love to eat. It is a fun event to meet new people over great food.
*A SUPPER CLUB is a dinner party around a long communal table, plenty of dishes to share. We chat, we meet, we share with all the guests, it is FUN!

Pearl Barley Koji
Freshly made pearl barley koji. We use organic Swiss Pearl Barley produced in the Grisons region.
